Port Townsend, WA

The top of the Holey Maple Hall Table is a very unusual piece of wood cut from the edge of a Bigleaf Maple tree cleared from a home site on Bainbridge Island. The pockets in the wood were depressions in the side of the tree. The base is made from Black Walnut with a piece of live edge Claro Walnut for the stretcher.
